I moved in in the fall and they never mentioned condo... From: sadinstpete Date posted: 2/8/2006 Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2006 1 response   If they did I would have moved somewhere else instead of spending all of the money that i did between movers, decorating, etc. If they were so sure that people would be clammoring to make a purchase you'd think they'd advertise all over that they hoped to go condo soon. Up north they dont hide the fact that a place might be going condo like they do down here. Money hungry low class Floridians. Oh well. The new tenants, er.. owners will have to get the roof fixed since after this past rain we had water pouring in from the ceiling fan light - and we are on the second floor! Of course if i was to purchase "as is" it would be a different story. I really liked this as an apartment complex. When I moved in everyone was nice, we have a nice mix of people who live here. It's safe and we all get along. Now however after being basically lied to I have to give it a low rating. Its too bad. Like things for each of us arent challenging enough, now just another pile of crap to deal with. Oh well, onward an upward.
