NO VALUE FOR THE MONEY.... From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 5/13/2006 Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2006 1 response   From what I hear they havent even sold 10% of the units and they have been for sale for months. It looks like people are not lining up as they hoped. Look around the county and see how many other condo/rondo apartment conversions there has been. The market is saturated and prices will have to go down to compete. Basic economics. We would not be interested even at half of their asking price. You just dont get anything for your money. Its all hype..
