Very nice at current prices From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 4/4/2008 Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2008   I rented a property here for about 2 years. I moved to a new unit when the prices were lowered. At the current price it is very attractive. The place is kept very nice. Vallet trash disposal is a big plus on the third floor. Consider that is costs about 1500 a month for a mortgage in the same unit and 850 is a steal.
