Bayfront Villas

A terrible complex, with sub-par management. From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 1/30/2003 Years at this apartment: 2000 - 2003   Bayfrint Villas has the potential to be a great complex , with a little work and a new owner. The current owner of the property won't spend the money to keep it in shape. The rent for the apartments are way above the rates for any other similar complex that is this old and badly maintained. Our management staff has no consideration for those who live here, there only goal is to have the place filled to receive and bonus from the owner. Although the floor plans look inviting the square footage listed is not what you get. Having had this checked by a professional I know this is true.
