The only reason I decided to write this review is because I'm seeing so many bad reviews, which I think are just disgruntled renters. This place is a little pricy, but we thought it was worth the money for the look of it as well as the location. It's right next to the water, with a beach and three playgrounds within a block of the buildings. The staff is very friendly. Especially Janice, ask for her, she's a very understanding and compassionate staff member. When we have used maintenance in the past, they come within the day. Even when Shane (the maintenance guy normally, who also is really friendly) is unable to get to you they have a back -up guy that fills in. The space is limited... kitchen is small (almost non-existent), but beyond that it is a well maintained place. The greenery outside is always well kept. And we have only seen maybe two bugs the whole time we've been here. We live in Florida face it palmetto bugs will come about even with spraying. SEk1KnECheF1ATXbXtrZ
