Not the greatest place From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 2/13/2003 Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2003   Got a good move in deal, after signing lease, went to the apartment, shouldered, headbutted,and kick until door finally opened.(Was freshly painted) You could tell that someone had gone through at the last minute painting and caulking, but while doing that they neglected to clean the floors. My carpet has 6 or 7 very large stains and many, many, many small stains. When i complained to the office they said "ok, well you wont be held responsible, but i dont know what we are going to do, if we are going to clean it or not." What kind of answer is that'''' Apartment is quite large,for its price.Maintenance is ok sometimes, had a lock that was stuck, someone came to fix it at 4:55 on a friday and asked if he could come back monday to fix it'' Came back monday and squirted graphite in the lock.Now was that so hard'' not able to lock deadbolt for weekend because the man was to lazy and in to much of a hurry to go down and grab the graphite on friday.
