Ok we moved in to this large place, new carpet, freshly painted, clean as can be... Then we went to the kitchen.. the drawers had no tracking.. they hung inside, and were completely impossible to use.. called for maintence, they came right out fixed it up and even fixed the lock that was broken.. Things seemed great.. then we noticed the a/c or lack there of.. florida, 90 degrees outside.. 83 inside.. and we're told repeatedly the a/c is fine .. ok what world are they living in.. 75 is fine.. 72 is great but 83 ... why not buy me a hand held fan for better air.. Repeated complaints only to have maintence laugh in our face, and tell us we are expecting to much..
The noise level.. to be honest best yet.. other than the dogs barking on the way in from a walk we hardly ever hear our neighbors.. but maintence is a joke.
The stairs are falling apart being a big person I keep waiting to fall through it. The railing is detached from the wall, and it rattles when anyone including dogs walk up or down them.
But they vacuum the hallway nice, that's a plus. a fews months we're still waiting for the exterminator. Since more than 80% of the residence have pets, you can only imagine how that is.
