The apartment is full of mold (I have been sick the whole year I lived here) and has HUGE bug problems. They say they exterminate ever 3 months...but that is a lie, they only came once after I called 3 times. it is old, maintenance is a joke, people there are SO trashy they leave big piles of trash right in front of the dumpster. it is an embarresment to have company. and they would not renew my lease because a tenant across the pond decided he didnt like us (and may I say he was a WEIRDO)....called the office on us with lies...I had SEVERAL other tenants call on our behalf that these calls were fabrications...the office said they would look into it and call me back to see if I could renew 6 more months until our house closed and then never had the decency to retun my calls or see me when I went in. Leaving me w/ two children and 20 days to find another place. One of our neighbors have faced eviction twice cause their cat scratched the screens. These people obviously think they have nice apartments or something. Nothing but trash there... Not that I care, i am glad to go...the savings are NOT worth living there. The office staff is rude and the homes are gross and old. Nothing like their model looked. BEWARE
