Bel-Air Apartments

Just Ok From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 10/25/2005 Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2005   This place is like over 30 years old and has not been kept up, now weather that is a money issue or them not just caring (good question). Pros: big units, maintenance (well at least 1 maybe 2 guys out of staff of 5) Cons: mold everywhere, leaky A/C units, old plumbing (lots of sewer backing up in your unit), crapy wiring, old appliances, kitchen/bath cabinets falling apart, lights out everywhere at nite, parking, dog ---- every place you walk, only 1 compacter and its in the front of the entrance, laundry room machines are nasty, manager doesn't care about the residents, rents go up every year (40 ) oh and last but not least LEAKING ROOFS, A friend of mines Apt leaked all over there stuff, what a joke, there hire a bunch of drunks for a roofing company and then have them tear up the roofs during the rainy season, HELLO!!!! This may sound like I'm a unhappy or bitter resident, but, I have lived here for almost 2 years, my A/C has leaked at least twice a month or more, there fix was putting up a shop vac to it and suck, LOL!!! I'm glad my lease is coming at its end soon, I will not renew, the aboved Cons, are true, just ask anyone that lives here.
