Office sucks, maintenance sucks, apt sucks! From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 9/29/2007 Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2007   These people are ripping people off left and right. Mildew everywhere. They claim to fix it by putting a bandaid on it. What they do is spray your mildewed ceiling with KILZ and call it good. They hired a bunch of inconsiderate drunks to do the roofing and take up 10 parking spaces in the 2 months or so that it takes them to work on each building. When I get ready to move out, I'm calling building and zoning and telling them because I am sick of dealing with the useless -------s that work here! Not only that but I will contact my lawyer so, that when they try to make me pay to leave, I will be one step ahead of them.
