I lived in "The Bethel for 5 months and they were the worst 5 months of my life. It was either there or the streets. If I would have known better I would have choosen to be homeless. Drugs,being sold 24-7, and management did not do anything to resolve it,like they were getting something out of the deal. Don't even mention the police, they would come but for what they would scatter like roaches, into their momma's apartments. Thank God I got out, I refused to become another statistic

Is it really that bad now? Has anything changed for the better at Bethel? I really need to know...thanks....

I really could not tell you, because when I left I never looked back. With the economy the way it is I am quite sure not much has changed, and maybe it has gotten better, but I am not the one to ask.

I have been told by a reliable source that a new management company is taking over Jan 1, 2010 and they are going to be kicking butt. They are setting up a police station on site, hiring security patrol and reviewing every resident file to make sure they qualify to live there and no one else is living in that apt. Things might get better after all.
