The place is horrible. We signed a year lease the first time around and it seemed to be ok. just a bunch of maintance problems. when our year was up we signed only after all our complaints got fixed. however, only 1/2 got fixed and we had already signed. we had water leaks, sewage problems, MOLD, the maint. and the office both were rude. the office manager did nothing and to me didnt care about his residents just that we paid. we left on a wed. and the place was rented on a Monday. they make the pictures pretty but once your there it's like the show "money pit"
