I have lived here for 11 months now, a few roaches, but NEVER rats(knock on wood). I did see one rat outside once, it was HUGE! I have never feared it being in the apartment though. I did have a nieghbor arrested for drug trafficing charges, and I was present during the arrest. I even saw all the marijuana plants. Anyway, I never let anyone in my house unless I'm present, and the one time I needed a maintenance guy, I didn't wait but a day and he met me. I was asleep and he even agreed to come back a little later than scheduled. Very nice office staff.

even if you request that they don't enter your property if you aren't there, they still do. i came home one day to find a slip on my table saying that they fixed my toilet (not that it was actually fixed).
