I have been here now for a year and have been very happy with the way the Office and maintenance staff help me with everything I need. The only thing I don t like about staying here is the Manager he is a liar I if nobody is around to help him answer your question then he just makes up a story to tell you till someone comes who he can pass you off to them. And the assistant manager is just grumpy old man. If they get rid of those two I might stay a while.

this place is horrible !loud music and loud people all night long.poeple standing outside shouting at each other.my air conditioner broke 3 times in less then a year.the last time was when they instaled a new energy efficent one ,it stopped working 2 weeks later and my electric bill was $50 more with this one.the people who instaled it left a mess for me to clean up.there is 3 locks on the door but only one works.twice my door has locked me out without me actullylocking it.i had to break in to my own place which means anyone can. all i had to do was slam the window repeatly in to the detactable lock.the force moves it up little by little until you can climb in. my apt. is crawling with roaches!so bad they started living in my microwave and some got in my fridge.they are also in the bathroom along with leaky facets.every month there is a new problem .i think i should have a nice place with none of these problems for how much momey i give them a month.i can keep going on like this for at least another half hour but instead i will leave you with this:if you do decide to live here come vist at night just park and sit in your car for a little bit so you can see what you will have to listen to instead of sleeping.when you do a walk thru open the cabinets and put some weight on the shelves to make sure the 1st time you put your can goods in there it doesnt fall.open up the oven door to make sure the oven doesnt tilt to the side.pull out the fridge to make sure you dont have a hole in the wall.open and shut your windows a few times to make sure they dont get stuck .also dont forget to check to make sure you have a sceen in the bathroom window.
