I know it may seem to be an okay place but i lived there for 2 years and was having the same problems as everyone else they lied ALOT they never fixed anything my rent was raised 200 bucks b/c i was getting new appliances nope never got them after a year then when i moved out they tried to charge me for the broken appliances. it was loud as heck there and the maintenance works would never knock a few times i was naked or in the shower. my AC broke in the dead of summer and they left me with one window unit for the whole apt. for 3 months and they also installed the window unit wrong causing it to drip into the apt and ruin my 1,000 dollar brand new bed. either way you go just remember you v been warned. dont go!

Yeah, I was charged to replace the carpet that maintenance stained (on the first day of my lease). I moved in to find a broken toilet and when I was finally freed of my lease a year later it still did not work. Then they tried to charge me for the cabinets that were ruined from all of the times that the garbage disposal leaked (and believe me that didn't help with the bugs that were already out of control). I had to throw away the majority of my shoes from when the AC leaked all over them. I had to throw away expensive audio/visual equipment AND my kitchen table because they were all infested with Roaches and Termite eggs. And then there are my work pants that became unwearable after walking through the massive floods in my front lawn every night when the sprinklers went off (or when it rained or when they had one of their many "water main breaks")They are the ones who should have been forced to pay me for losses. I bet the new renter is having the same problems with that toilet AND that AC AND that disposal AND the floods ( and it is 2 years later now). Why would they fix something when they know you can't break your lease??? besides if you leave they'll just find some other sucker to take your place.
