I lived there for a miserable 14 months. Every month they messed up are billing, over drafting my roommates and I at least twice. Over flowing toilet that they would constantly come out to fix but never did. The staff are terrible, they are rude to you the second a problem arises. They are defensive even if it is their fault, the worst is the assistant a blading ----------------------, ---. I lived next to several versions of white trash who blasted music all night. My electric bill was always sky high from their junky air conditioning system..... RENT AT YOUR OWN RISK.

--- was a thorn in my side the entire time I lived at Brandywine. He would take my calls and then never put in maintenance requests or tell me someone would be in on Saturday only to learn that the maintenance people only did emergencies on weekends. when i left, i refused to deal with him but was forced to. i never had a single positive interaction with this man. the worst part is that he is the one that's in charge so you can't complain to anyone but corporate. I gave him my keys and they said that I never returned them. I got charged as a result (along with $400 in other bogus charges). The people at Brandywine are scam artists and --- is their leader. DON'T RENT FROM THESE PEOPLE UNLESS YOU WANT TO GIVE THEM ALL OF YOUR MONEY FOR CRAPPY SERVICE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
