I moved in here in February and must say the place is a dump. For a pet friendly place the grounds are loaded with fleas, they don't spray and they don't clean the grounds of trash. The oversized refrigerator consumes so much energy, it's sized for a family of 6 in a one bedroom apartment. The teenage neighbors play hardball in the parking lot, the other neighbors sit on their pickup trucks and blast Mexican drinking music while they drink their beers at 3 in the morning. The rent bill is confusing, sometimes it includes the water bill and other times it doesn't and then they send a separate water bill so you don't know what the heck to pay. The staff is rude and defensive. The road floods with the mildest of rainshowers. The cupboards are rotting and falling apart. They have painted over previous filth and mold and the bathroom sink and tub have been painted over and over again, now discolored, it's gross. The windows are old and leak precious air conditioning plus let in all street noise. The door doesn't seal letting in all types of bugs and roaches. Think twice! mgFDbN4-dhkSMZ7zRmVH

that sounds just like my experience. Just wait until it comes time to renew your lease/leave the apartment that's when the real hassles begin.

i agree with every thing... we try to leave once already and the staff were so rude..we end up signing for another year here due to personal reason but when the lease is up in dec we are diffently out of here.
