To all potential renters; the nay sayers are not over reacting! From: babyblue9581 Date posted: 12/9/2005 Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2005   I have lived here since Feb 05 and I still have the same unaddressed maintenance issues that I had when I moved in. I had to rig my washer to keep it running, my screened porch has duct tape covering gaping holes not that it matters since the apartments are constantly full of ants and roaches and I keep a clean home so don't try that as an excuse. The same bag of tore open trash outside my bedroom window has been sitting there since I moved in, the hot tubs never work, the sprinklers water the roads more than the grass, management SUCKS, and the gates are a COMPLETE JOKE. I pay over $800 dollars a month and this is what I get. All I can say is I will be the happiest person when I give my 60 day notice for this s**t hole. So if you can't get away from the spell management puts on you when you tour the complex, this is what you will be in for. I hope your hard earned money is worth it.
