If there's a problem, they fix it. From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 9/4/2006 Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2006   My new condominium has an air-conditioner that is about 2 years old. According to the sales staff, when there is a problem here they fix it and this has always been the case. Consequently, the air conditioners, water heaters, etc. vary in age. Probably none are 20 years old anymore as there has been a regular schedule or replacement. I love buying a condo in NE st. Pete for $180,000 reasonable HOAs!
