The truth is: this place can not be summed up in just a couple of paragraphs.
But I will say that most of the staff lives on the grounds and is just waiting to tell the manager on you-either to get you fined or evicted.
I'm ok the the quality of the building and the fact that I don't ever hear my neighbors unless they have a lot of bass on thier TVs.
There is a lot of lil JIT's running around spray painting cars, but i guess that can be expected when a place is ran so horribly.
-the place is so bad i couldn't even use a real word-
Only way you would enjoy your time here is if you are in with the office staff, then you can do as you please.
