I have two young children, so we decided to live downstairs. BIG MISTAKE! The people above us sound like elephants! The doors are spring loaded so they slam shut and rattle your walls to the point of knocking pictures off! The staff is not adequate in getting things done, but they are nice people. It takes about five calls to finally have someone try to do something.
There is the smell of smoke coming through a vent in our bathroom because we are connected with our neighbors... and they have yet to fix this. The people moved out that smoked and when they cleaned the apartment we could smell the cleaning detergent! The frame is wood and the walls are way too thin. We have had so much trouble with noise inside and out. There is no privacy around here at all because every window is public. There is no yard... no nice views... no playground... just trash infested ponds. The children are like monkeys around here. Trashing everything and running around until the wee hours of the mornings! Careful driving!

Don't be blinded by the fresh paint and nice layouts. This place is not worth HALF the amount you pay! Please, don't move here!
p.s. all the other negetive reports are exact... the postives... they must work here!
