Noisy, Stinks like the sewer & rip you off!

Calais Park is discusting. My shower water smells like a sewer, they have a drainage problem that attracts all kinds of bugs outside my apt.
MOST IMPORTANTLY If you value your privacy DO NOT MOVE HERE! They are ALWAYS in your unit poking around in your things.
If you want quiet forget living hear, the pool is open all night and the the party is every night.
These units are the most expensive in the area and are built extremely cheap! The doors are on springs so they slam shut and literally knock pictures off of your walls.
If you live downstairs you can hear the thumping from the upstairs neighbor going up their steps day after day night after night. You can hear the upstairs neighbor walking around, even smell their smoke through the attached vent and hear their t.v.!
This place is managed to make them money NOT to make you happy. You will pay your water to them NOT the utility company. They WILL charge whatever the think they can get a way with. They charged me $25.00 when i was not in the apartment for the whole billing period! They are pocketing money! They are theifs!
They are having a yard sale and advertising it in the newspaper! IS this THE ghetto OR A PRIVATE gated community... Inviting the resident's to put their trash out on the sidewalk to sell to the general public! Why not advertise the number to get into the gates!
NO SAFETY HEAR!
WORST PLACE I EVER LIVED!
THE STAFF IS A JOKE TOO, RUDE AND THEY LIE!
