I have lived here for 6 months and I have had no problems. The maintnance staff is very efficient and they are always available. Compared to the other high crime apartments I have lived at in St. Petersburg, Calais Park makes me feel very safe. I am sure the other reviews were just written by irrate tenants and their views should be taken lightly. If you are like me, and appreciate the staff, I am sure that they will appreciate you in return.
