This entire review of Calais Park is a boldface lie. They have no control over the sex offenders in the area. As for the builings that you say are falling apart, where are they? I'd like to know if it is my building. The staff is one of the nicest staffs that I've ever seen since I have been a renter. As for the so called trashy kids, they don't exist here.

I agree that the sex offender numbers in the area are not Calais Park's fault, but it IS something to take into HIGH consideration when choosing an home. I'm glad the original review warned parents of the areas predator rate.

The staff here IS horrible and many cars HAVE been vandalized by these teen punks who linger in the parking lots.

Trashy kids don't exist there! HA! We experienced young girls dancing like strippers in the middle of the street at night, almost being hit by cars more than once. You definitely need to consider the area... I would not walk outside the gates during the day! My car was vandalized and no one parks correctly, so everyone has dents from doors hitting. What is a boldface lie? Lazyday1's review!

DO NOT SIGN A LEASE AT CALAIS PARK!!! A FEW OF THE STAFF ARE NICE BUT THERE IS THIS ONE PERSON WHO IS NASTY AND RUDE AS HECK!!! WHENEVER YOU ASK A QUESTION OR NEED ASSISTANCE, SHE HAD THIS ATTITUDE LIKE YOU'RE THE ONE BOTHERING HER. IT'S YOUR DAMN JOB TO ASSIST US TENANTS!!! SHE'LL NEVER BE FIRED BECAUSE HER HUSBAND IS THE MAINTENANCE GUY TOO (BUT HE'S REALLY NICE). AS FAR AS THE CARS BEING VANDALIZED...MINE WAS ONE OF THEM. THEY SAY THEY HAVE SECURITY, BUT WHENEVER YOU CALL HIM...HE DOESN'T ANSWER. THE PROPERTY SUCKS...NO AMMENATIES EXCEPT A SMALL GYM AND ONE LITTLE POOL THAT IS ONLY 4 1/2 FEET DEEP. AS FAR AS PARKING, PEOPLE DON'T FOLLOW PARKING RULES AND THEIR GUESTS PARK ANYWHERE. SAVE YOURSELF FROM A CONTRACT THAT IS IRREVOCABLE!!!

KMALESLEY must be confusing the employees. Carole (the so called manager) is the rude nasty person. Everytime I go into the office she's bitching about something. And in all my years of renting apartments, I have never heard a property manager talk so nasty and disrespectful to their staff members as Carole does to hers. She should be the one fired.

I am a resident here and I would have to disagrees with KMALSLEY. I am very happy here and the person you said had attitude is the nicest of all the office people. The girl that sits at the front desk is so damn moody and whenever I go in she seems to be angry about something another resident said or did. I've heard her use the f word quite a few times when I am in the gym. The manager that sits in the back corner with the window next to the jacuzzi is the smelliest person I have ever met. It's like she never takes a bath. I had to go into her office to discuss my renewal a while back and it stunk so bad I couldn't stand it. I decided I couldn't sit there and argue any longer because it smelled so bad that I just got up and left. If anything she needs to go!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
