I have not been in this apartment for to long and I don't really have anything bad to say about it. I totally agreee with the last post on here. You have to take what people say on here with a grain of salt. I to was one that was worried when I first moved in about things. Because a few people have bad experiences they pull down the score of this place. If you don't like kids then you need to move to an retirement community and if you aren't old enough to do that then you are out of luck. Kids are running around all day, its summer time and kids are out of school, what do you want them to do' If you notice most "lakes" at apartments in this area are not lakes, they are retention ponds. Its not just this apartment that uses reclaimed water, guess what if you are a home owner and have a sprinkler system in the ground it is the same water. And the comments about the office staff' Who are you kidding, what are you mad that they wouldn't reduce the rent dramatically for you' Im not saying this place is the greatest by any means. My only two complaints would be that I think the driveways are to small and there are many blindspots and I don't like that when you open the gate whoever comes in behind you tries to get to the gate first. No matter where you live you are gonna have all types of residents that live there and if you don't like that then why don't you still live at home with mom and dad' x-2PE3sjUIIeetAHoKOk

My, My, My. This is one of very few positive comments about this complex. I am in the searching stage for finding a place, and quite frankly if one of less than a handful of comments lacks proper grammar and punctuation, I question the residents. If, like submitted by a previous respondent, the few positive statements are coming from the management team of this complex then all I can say is, "Thank our Heavenly Father you did not go into education." Oh, and about your apartments? I guess I won't waste my time. Thanks for the laugh though.
