I have lived here about 6 months, and i have not had a whole lot of problems. When i moved in i had some problems with my dryer and the maintenace staff quickly fixed the problem. I have had several problems with destructive kids, throwing rocks near cars, shooting airsoft bb's into the pool and other things but that has been resolved. when i first moved in i was told they have a "courtesy officer" thats a big joke. i have learned that if something happens you dont call him just call the police department to handle it, or nothing gets done. other than that i am happy with living here.
