I was on a lease for the summer there with a friend. We had an alright time. The apartments are cost effective for the space. I lived upstairs and had no noise problems, but I had good neighboors. The pool was always nice when I was there, but this was a year ago. I enjoyed the kids they were always willing to play if you wanted to. Yes the sprinkles smell like rotten eggs but that is reclaimed water so it goes. At least you will have water to drink because they use the reclaimed stuff.

I did not have to deal with the office much, everything worked well when I was there. The kitchen was nice, the rooms were well kept up. The gym was also nice, new and bright.
