I may look around at others, if I were you From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 4/24/2003 Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2003   Pros Cheap. Well-sized apartments. Plenty of extras (multiple tennis, raquetball and basketball courts; nice pools; nice fitness room; car wash). Cons Maintenance was non-existant. Quite a few severe crimes were local in a year span. Ceiling and walls are paper thin. Parking lot was almost always full. Overall Not a top pick for an apartment. Plenty of nicer places in the area. Not a complete waste of money, though.
