From: rdincg@yahoo.com Date posted: 11/9/2003 Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2003   I have lived at C.L. for about a year and a half now and have no complaints. The staff is helpful to me every time I have an issue I need resolved. The only setback to my apt is that the a/c needs to be repaired every few weeks but with the exception of one time, I have had a maintanance person fix it within 24 hours of me reporting it. I have never had a problem with parking and I always see lots of empty spaces so I'm not sure what the other people that have written are talking about when they say that there isn't enough parking. I would, and have, recommend C.L. to someone looking for affordable apts with excellent landscape.
