It's been ok From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 9/4/2004 Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2004   I pay less rent and have bigger apartment then were I used to live in St Petersburge. Staff has not been that helpful. When we first signed our lease agreement that wanted us to sign a document without us seeing the aparment that they had walked through and that there was nothing wrong it. We refused to do this so the lady was helpful and walked us through. They did not have our mailbox key when we first moved in and only gave us one, which I am not sure if we are suppose two' Are door does not shut properly and I have to slam it and maintance has come by twice to fix it but we still have the same problem. I have not had any problems with hearing my neighboors, just the people who drive by with base but that happen everywhere. Trash is ridiculous, during the end of the week it is over flowing. I am just happy I am not one of those appartments that had to look at it. I love the layout of my aparment and think it is ok. Nothing special but there could be worse out there.
