Moving out....not soon enough!!!

Just wanted to let anyone know that is even somewhat considering moving to Camden Lakes...think again!!! Because of our financial situation, my roommate and I have not been able to move out yet, but believe me, I am ready to borrow money from whoever I can to break our lease to get us out of here!!! The facilities do look nice, but make sure you take a closer look!!! There are about 10 people (no joke) who live in the apartment above us, that run up and down the stairs at midnight!!! Half ot the maintenance crew doesn't speak English!! I once had dirty water come up through the tub that smelt like feces. When I told the maintenance guy what happened, he told me that it was not possible for that to happen!!! The toilet has overflowed for what seemed to be no reason. When they came to fix this problem (both of our toilets were busted for a day before they came out!!) the guy told me that all of the apartments with the same strand of piping were all having the same problem...which has yet to be fixed.
I had the lock on the front door get stuck, so that it could not turn with the key, so I called the office and the girl said "maybe" someone could get out that day!! So we potientially could have been locked out with our dog locked in!! Before I moved in last year, my roommate had her key break off in the lock. She called the emergency line, but no one could come out until the next day, so SHE HAD TO LEAVE HER DOGS FOR THE NIGHT AND DRIVE TO A FRIEND'S HOUSE TO HAVE SOMEWHERE TO SLEEP!!! The AC caught on fire and the ceiling shows signs of water damage!!
I most definately would not recommend this complex!!!
