Place has seriously and steadily gone downhill since two years ago. People will throw their trash anywhere and everywhere, to include in front of your door. Managment has some serious mental/personal issues and this is directly reflected in the quality of the individuals moving in. I have never felt so insecure under my own rented roof. I may have been better off on the south side! I was constantly afraid that my valuables were in immediate danger, this is something I can't get away from fast enough. Just consider Peace of mind and quality of life before making that damning decision ;)
