Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2005
Office Staff: rude, unprofessional, quick turn around, poor communication between management and staff, give the bare minimum effort, not knowledgeable about policies and procedures
Maint.: slow, poor workmanship, also the bare minimum
Apts.: bugs all the time and they don't spray unless you ask them 25 times, paper thin walls, moldy, leaky pipes, no hot water, stained carpet, initially not ready so I moved into a damp carpet and an overwhelming paint smell
