Lived here for 2 years.. Nice apartments and area..

I've lived here for over 2 years now and honestly I think they are very nice, definitely for the area I live in. Rent is a little steep but I rather pay a little more than live on the southside of St. Petersburg again where you are basically living in the HOOD!!!
Since I have lived here I've never had a problem with noise. Except for the fact that I do live facing a road and you hear sirens every so often but as for my neighbors and even the neighborhood no complaints here.
Maintenance does SUCK (but reliable at times) at the beginning when signing the lease they said they do a building of the month where they will ask everyone in that building for problems with their apt, well after 2 years my building has never been the building of the month.. And the grounds are kept really nice, sure there are issues with the dumpsters but the reason for that are the lazy people who don't put their trash in the dumpster or the don't compact it (which there is a green button in from of the dumpster to push it away.
EVERY APARTMENT WILL HAVE THEIR PROBLEMS. BUT HONESTLY THESE APTS ARE REALLY NICE IF YOU WANT AN APARTMENT THAT IS IN A NICE NEIGHBORHOOD AND DECENT PRICED.
