Ive lived here for 3 years and have enjoyed it. Once in a while Ill have a maintenance issue, but they have always taken care of it. My neighbor upstairs had a loud music problem, but we spoke and it was resolved. Yeah the hurricanes were bad, but you know what we still have roofs over our heads unlike some of our neighboring counties. Seems like we should be grateful. People have to remember that they are renting apartments and will live next to hundreds of other people. Therefore an office staff cannot guarantee 100% satisfaction. There will always be somenthing wherever you live. I like reading the reviews cause they are entertaining, but it saddened me to see that people dont use it as an adult forum to talk about real issues. The February 6, 2005 review scared me because the person sounded prejudice with the whole "Latin Pride" comment and calling employees of this place pot heads. It just sounds bitter and sad. I wonder what really happened. Im glad they are not here, I want friendly neighbors. As for abandoned cars, I always see them towing cars, guess we gotta be patient. I like this website, its fun. Please stick to real issues. Bad or Good. However keep it civil, or people wont take this site seriously. Im a Social Studies teacher and try every day for my kids to act like adults when debating or in disagreement.
