Good (some) & Bad (mostly) From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 5/1/2005 Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2005   Except for two issues, we have found the office staff responsive to our requests. Unfortunately, our issues have to deal with garbage disposal and the parking situation. We have been promised that the office staff as well as the night security man would cite cars that are parked in illegal zones. We visit the office around 9:30 AM and no cars have been cited. To our mind, this is called lying. The other problem has to do with the dumpsters. Management is not proactive. They send out notices but have failed to notify residents that improper garbage disposal is aother illegal activity-littering. Meanwhile, animals inhabit the dumpsters at night and discourage others from properly disposing of their garbage. A few tows and some notices would greatly imprive the sitiation here. The staff, however, prefers to placate the violators while angering the law-abiding residents. Eventually there will be more of the former and less of the latter. We do hope the situation reverses itself.
