I've read some of the reviews, and i do see common problems, parking can sometime be an issue. I live so far away from the dumpsters and i really hate carrying my garbage all the way down (old kitty litter is heavy!)Because of this reason, i have left my garbage right outside my porch so i could take it later on my way out (i guess this does bother people, so i try to hide it behind my chairs so it's outa view) I've not had trouble with the office staff at all, they're all really friendly and helpful. Maintence in my opinion has been prompt.
I feel safe in this area. I also feel like i'm living at a resort, there are so many amenities.
I haven't moved out yet, and i will be soon, i'm a little worried about how that may turn out cause i've heard bad stories, but hopefully it goes smooth. I've not had a real problem with bugs here... this is florida no matter what you will see them i've been hear 7-8 months and have only seen one roach.
In all i really like the place, the problems i do have are so small it's not even worth complaining about (but i put them out there incase)
