Anyone else (located near 4th St) have a hard time sleeping because of the ridiculous noises from Winn Dixie and Brophy's' I'd love for the staff to try to sleep when a delivery truck comes in at 3am, or the street sweeper comes through at 2am. Good luck w/ that.
The management sucks. There is no nicer word for it. The only way you can get a response is to type up a letter of complaint and threaten them with a law suit.
The laundry room by us caught on fire in September/October and it STILL hasn't been fixed and it's late January. But they can repaint all of the other laundry rooms. Nice.
People DO NOT pick up after their large dogs. I constantly have to dodge piles of crap every time I walk mine. It's disgusting, and the office people think that threatening people with a $50 fine (if someone rats them out) will work.
There are wild cats and raccoons EVERYWHERE. The raccoons will literally attack you if you're holding a bag of garbage by the dumpster after 6pm.
A maintenance man came in (unannounced) when I was at work and left my front door open, causing my dog to run away. Luckily, my next door neighbor (who has the same complaints as I do) found him on the other side of the complex. I would never have known he ran out unless my neighbor informed me. Thanks, maintenance.
Oh, and if you have a problem with your disposal backing up, it's your fault. The maintenance man will blame it on you, and then tell you how to keep your blinds so they "look nicer." What the...'
Parking is horrible. Sometimes I have to park 3 buildings over if I come home after 7pm.
The place is kept looking semi-decent, but gee, how else do you think they can sucker in some residents'
The only thing good about this place is the location. Keep looking. Seriously.
