Let's start with the staff, never have i had to deal with such a rude, unprofessional, unknowledgeable, just plain nasty, group of people. Not to mention they violated my civil rights by disclosing certain personal information to new residents moving in (case pending). Next issue, I am lucky to be alive as I was was almost run down in the parking lot by some ******* in broad daylight. It's like a grand prix though the parking lots at all hours. I feel for the people that have kids and pets, and yes our blind neighbors. The parking lots are also littered with broken down cars and other undesirables. Moving along to the inside of the apartment. MOLD, definately an issue, until I read the other comments I didn't realize it was such a widespread problem. Paper thin, water damaged walls. The walls and staircases outside are falling apart. I guess nobody will notice if you just put another coat of paint over it.
I guess my biggest issue was when it was renewal time and I had not rec'd my new lease. I contacted the office as I was concerned and I was told I was given a copy 3 months prior "on my door". At that point I asked for a copy and they "couldn't find it" and would type a new one up. They provide me with a new lease about a week or so later. Here's the great part.... it was 115.00 more a MONTH! After being told by the previous management/staff I may experience a 20.00 (at the most) increase you can bet I was ALOT concerned. Camden now had "NEW MANAGEMENT" and I would have to deal with it or move out.

I will be moving out as soon as possible!!

In closing.... This place is a joke and if you know whats good for you, you will stay away. They will try to entice you with all kinds of "deals" but don't fall for it!!
