In the past, we have had our complaints about this complex. The new management team, however, has changed our minds. One example: people used to walk their dogs off leashes and never cleaned up after their pets. Now we see so many people with dogs on leashes and the owners carrying cleanup material, we have stopped thanking them for being good pet owners. Parking violaters are tagged and towed. Complaints about lease violations by other residents are promply acted on. Maintenance has been responsive and corrects problems by the end of the day.
The results of the new team's approach is evident to the naked eye. The grounds ae well cared for and always look appealing.
A grateful thank-you to this team. They deserve accolades.

This is Managment trying to offset all the bad reviews... Maybe if they spent more time helping current residence they could actually get a responce as positive as this one...
