It seems like the police are on speed dial at Camden Lakes. The cops are out at the complex at MINIMUM of once a week. The noise is unbearable. The walls are so thin that I can hear our neighbors running their shower! Also, any time it rains, the parking lot floods. Because of all the floods, there is a lot of damage to cars. I can count atleast four non-working cars left in our parking lot, as if it's a junk yard.
The staff also tried to charge me a pet deposit, pet fee, extra rent AND $50 a week to keep a cat at my apartment. Thats outrageous!! I was three days late on my rent and they called me saying that if I didnt pay the next day they would take legal action. In the lease it claims that after 3 days of being late on rent, you pay a $50 late fee and $5 every day it's late untill you pay in full. I didnt even get the late fee's, I was automatically threatened with being taken to court! The leasing office is just flat out rude and makes promises they can't keep. The price they charge for rent is way too much for the service. What you pay for isn't worth it. Once I can come up with enough money to break my lease and find a new apartment, I will be doing so. odusyNYCcZ7yL3Bj5JtG
