Bad Management From: sjmcd13 Date posted: 6/1/2006 Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2006   The apartment manager is rude, condensending, unethical, and unprofessional. She towed my roommates car from the lawn while our parking lot was being repaved. The car had only been there twenty minutes. In fact, she called the tow truck to tow about six cars that day. At no time did any management staff warn the tenants that parking on the lawn would result in towing and that we should park in a safe zone about a quarter mile away and walk. The comment about not parking on the lawn was buried so deep in the rental contract that the manager took 5 very tense minutes to find it. She looked very stressed for those 5 minutes. Several other situations like this popped up in the year we were there. I don't have room to review them all.
