Ok, first of all, this is an apartment. Not a luxary condo. Of course there are going to be a few problems. Second, this is Florida. If you live in Florida, you know that there are roaches. I don't care how much time and money you spend on pest control, they are going to live with you. Keep clutter off of the floor and it won't be so bad. I have never had a problem with the staff, they are always extremely nice and welcoming when I come in. In fact, they all know my name! I think that right there is a great sign of proffesonalism. The apratments themselves are a little on the old side but you can't beat it for the price in this area. If you don't like the price of rent here, move away from the water! Think that would be an obvious solution. All in all, I love it here and as long as I still work in the area, I am going to continue to live here.

Two problems with you, Bonsai. I am not paying 734 a month. Sign a longer lease, and you get money off. Sencond, do a little research before you pass judgment. If you don't like how high the price is, move away from the water.
