sometimes when you read online reviews on this forum, the tendency is to think that the people airing their grievances are bitter and complain about everything. you want so badly to believe that hey! i bet they just had a bad experience, and i'll just be really nice to my leasing agent and things will go smoothly. you even tend to check for grammatical errors so that you can point to that as an indicator of their character. i know because i did the same things. i don't want to get into the specifics of why i am even taking the time to post this b/c the vultures in the office will know who i am & probably find an excuse to levy some kind of fee. bottom line: if you want an office staff that will mislead you, talk down to you and act like jerks-please sign the lease. if you want a security officer that makes you feel like you still live at home with mom and dad-please sign the lease. if you don't mind kids throwing footballs and basketballs right next to your car-please sign the lease. if you like driving your trash to the receptacle every day-please sign the lease. if you like sneezing repeatedly when you move into your new home, when you've never had allergies or any other type of respiratory problems before-please sign the lease. if you would like to bypass these things, just heed the warning. please consider someplace else. if you decide that you do want to opt-in to this place, please post your review after your experience so that you can convince at least one other person to reconsider.

We have not signed the lease yet, but we have submitted the app and admin fees. We've since had various problems with the staff and have decided that it may be worth it to loss $340 and walk away from Camden.
