when i lived in camden lakes they were so unreasonable, i had two folding chairs and a grill on my front patio outside my front door and they sent me letters saying that i was not in compliance and that i need to clean off my patio because it appeared messy to them. One day after a rain storm i had some water damage on my wall so i called the office and they sent out maintence, i went to work the next day and when i got home the guy had spray painted it white where the water came in, keep in mind the walls are a vanilla color. I never had a problem with the staff the maintenece is pretty well. The neighbors are not very friendly, i live alone never threw any parties but somehow i managed to get complaints of loud music, i dont reccomend this place to any one under the age of 55.

I agree body4447 is an A hole. he's as retarded as another evil dumbass on this site that wishes everybody would die. this guy just sounds like a broken record. "read ur lease ur the people who make my renters inusrence go up." he put the same thing on another comment. shut the hell up boyd4447!! Camedon sucks and so does everyone that works there their retards.
