We have lived here for almost a year and we are definitely NOT renewing our lease. We have water damage inside our apartment which they just repainted when we asked them to fix it. They have closed the most convenient entrance to this side of the complex permanently to "reduce unnecessary traffic." Question. WHAT UNNECESSARY TRAFFIC'' YOUR TENANTS'' The security lights located on every building were out for 2 months. Parking is a nightmare. There not near enough parking spaces to accommodate 1 car per family, much less 2. More times that not my Wife and I have to carry our baby, groceries, and what not considerable distances because the nearest parking space is 2 buildings away. Camden Staff: YOU NEED TO FIX THIS! I know that I am not the only person that has complained about this. They now have new security that can write you tickets, put boots on your cars, and a slew of other things. Since they changed security agencies, I have seen more cops in the past month, than in the previous 8. Our thermostat is 5 degrees off; We have roaches; and our electric bill is around $150.00/month year-round. They split up the water bill between the buildings which is convenient for them, but crappy for us. Before renting here, PLEASE consider your options.

I don't know what you have plugged in, but my electric bill is averaging 80 during the summer and 50 during the winter. try turning off some lights. As far as parking, I have never had a problem. Calm down and move out if you don't like it. Let other people come in that would enjoy the surroundings and the nice people that live here. I don't want you in my community

I have to say that my roommate and I have had the same problem with the electric. Just to stop you before you get started Boyd, I had three months last fall that I didn't even use my air conditioner or heater. My bill was consistantly at least $120!! I can guarantee you that I am eagerly awaiting my lease to be up so that I can move out. I only pity the poor sap who moves in after me. If only I had seen this web site before signing my lease. It could have saved me considerable headaches.
