Run for your life! A nice lady in my building had to move out before her lease was up due to a mold problem in her apartment, Caused by a leaking air conditioner. They tried to fix it three different times and its still not working. She said that managment said, "What do you want us to do'" She had to break her lease only after living here for five months. It was a big hassle and they tried to make her payoff the lease.
