The manager's office has been completely bare all week and the office staff appear to be relaxed and smiling. This is a welcome, and very new, developmnt. Does the change in attitude signify a change in managers'

We hope so and if there has been a change in managers, we hope that it will bring a change in many other areas on this campus. I own a dog and make every effort, in any type of weather to clean up after my puppy. As of today, I am the only person doing so. This place is an unholy mess. There is dog poop every where one walks and dirtying our apartment has become a tiresome cleaning chore. I, as well as my friends, have seen residents failure to clean up. We have reported thse miscreants to the office only to see the incident repeated a few days later. Obviously, someone is not doing their job and is allowing rsidents to willfully and obviously violate the terms of the lease they supposedly signed and read.

And how about the inept maintenance people' There has been a steadily growing leak outside of Building 12 for a month and a half. It has not been fixed and someone must be paying one heck of a water bill. Meanwhile residents are inconvenienced when they have to deal with this disaster. And, at the rents we pay, this unrepairable leak is a shame and a disgrace.

So if the witch has decked out her broom in holiday glory, may God be with her. And may God be with us if we get a new manager.

Thank you...and NO you are not the only one who picks up after their dog. I do and so do several neighbors of mine. If I have to walk my neighbor's dog because she has a work schedule change, she has bags out for me to pick up after him; if she doesn't have one out, I go home and get one so I can pick up after him. I just called the office and reported a person in particular and was told that they are aware of it; I'm like, "And????" The woman said she would speak to him and he will be fined...we'll see. As for the 'witch' - let's hope she's in Oz and not Camden.

I've lived here for almost eight years, and my neighbor around the corner has been here for over ten years; obviously we haven't had major problems or we wouldn't still be here. I've read some of the horror stories and I sometimes wonder if we're talking about the same place - guess it depends on the building; my building is quiet, I don't have parking problems or some of the other things that have been posted here; it's not Utopia, but I feel comfortable here and so do the neighbors I've talked to. I heard that Sue is no longer there, so you're best bet is to talk to Marisol; she's a sweetheart.

To the person moving in feb 12. If you like mary jane then u won't have any problems here and I am sure u won't have any trouble getting any. Nothing gets fixed around here and the excuse is that everything is alway on backorder. Pray for nice neighbors if any exist. My neighbors always have been inconsiderate dumb shits. From sterios being unnecessarily loud at all hours, banging on the walls at all hours for no reason, slamming doors, slamming cabinets, stomping up stairs. Also u can hear people through the walls. Also we have a maintenance that keeps track of the hours we come and go, so that he can take the spots we usually park in. I know this to be true bc he will have all this open space during the day, but takes our spots or park his go cart in them. One day this man even followed us around the building to see were we were going. Dosn't matter to say anything to office staff about it bc they are all dumb shits too. I guess if ur in a one bedroom building it may be better, but two is were are the asses are. peace out Camden u suck!!! Thank God I am out of here soon!!!! Another thing, during the winter ur cold half the time bc the wind comes through all the cracks and during the summer the heat comes through.
