only at camden paradise there is not one reason to live in such a place of lies and deceitfullness. we lived there for 7 years and moved out in feb 2009 from building 12. Let me tell you if this is how camden corp and stock holders run their operation welcome to H_LL. first off the management and some of the staff are plain liars who does not give a hoot about you or anyone in your family. I have taken so many issues to the manager sue L. and she is such a bullsh-t-er. I will give a list of a few things of what goes on at this place. breakins- carthefts-cloths stolen-outrages fines for the trash bin being left out something noone wanted-highwater bills your paying for your neighbors water-nothing fixed right the first time many service calls to get it done halfright-inadequate insulation in buildings-terrible mold issues and mildew- rapes- playing resident against another- unfair and unjust rent hikes-building inspection are a joke they discriminate terribly they lie on their building inspections. THERE IS SO MUCH MORE I HAVE WRITTEN AND DOCUMMENTED EVERYTHING FOR OUR OWN BECAUSE I WILL TELL YOU THIS THEY WILL TRY EVERYTHING IN THEIR POWER TO CHARGE YOU FOR SOMETHING. we knew alot of good people there at one time but camden and the manager sue L. would piss them off and be so cruel that they wouldnt sign another lease. thats how camden works, where are the stock brokers and corporate share holders in this, do they know whats going on. we did love the animals but even that the management try to do away with anyone could tell you that.I have even been threatened by some goons that sue L. brought in to catch the ducks illegally. and tim m. the head maint. man is a joke also hes a liar along with sue. I cared about the wildlife and residents and were there for them when they needed help and the management hated that. they didnt want the residents to become friendly and neighborly and talk among themselfs. I lived there for 18 months a little while back and had absolutely no complaints. If you're having clothes stolen, don't leave them hanging outside like a damn redneck hillbilly! Pretty much the same can be said for your trash bin. Walk it to the dumpster! I'll give you the benefit of doubt on the management as it may have changed, but your own story makes me discount anything you have to say. People like this who babble about their own personal "injustices" make it hard for the rest of us to actually judge an apartment community. I can't tell you it is all roses now, but when I lived there I had NO problems.

I have lived here at Camden Lakes for some time now and Duckman is telling it just as the way I saw things going on here. You ask for things to be fixed or replaced and you get no response. Management doesn't give a rats ass about its people living there. I have to agree with Duckman because I witnessed these things going on all the time.No one wanted the valet trash company, but the management told everyone "tough crap".I wonder if management really conducts a background check on everyone. There are many residents that live here that have been arrested many times for all kinds of crimes. Alot of the apartment homes are empty and I feel there just letting anyone move in here. I could go on and on but I will say 1 thing.DUCKMAN I back you 100%

why are u questioning duckman, hes telling u his side of his review. hes telling teh truth as well, i just had sum guy walk into my house unannounce form maintanance. then they fixed my roof that was leaking by sticking a board underneath it, that will not fix the hole in the roof! retards!
