so far all three of my neighbors have had the same problem, no one told us about the horrable roach and ant problems.they have not come by with pesticides, at all so farand its now been almost a year. they also claim that trash is included, but not so, in your lease you will see it itemized at a rate of 35 a month plus on your water bill you'll pay another 8.50 for "taxes on the dumpsters". thats 43.50 a month for trash and they dont pick it up on fridays or saturdays. if you leave it out on those days you will be fined heavily by the office, that goes for putting it out before 6pm or having it out after 8 pm as well.we will not be renewing our lease and will be writing this same review on any site we can find. please there are several other housing units around in the same area, come here dead last or not at all. staff was very very nice to us here, now we know why.

this guys right, and you should ask a few residents about this place, if the staff will let you out of thier sight when you come to see this place. looks are very deceiving.

I was talking to someone yesterday and they were telling me about the wall that fell on one of the lofts from being we. your right its amazing how bad these places are in has anyone ever thought of getting in touch with the code enforcment of pinnellas county I promise they would shut this place down. this place isnt a very nice place to live. matter of fact its the most rediculus place to live they are alot nicer places in the surrounding neighborhood that are alot nicer and cheaper.
